Grand Hotel -Lead Floral Designer 

Are you a passionate, customer-focused individual with a knack for leading a vibrant floral shop environment? Look no further! We’re thrilled to invite you to join our team as a Lead Floral Designer. This position is the store leader in our in house floral shop Margaret’s Garden at the world famous Grand Hotel on Mackinac Island! Housing provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing and creating floral arrangements with a variety of flowers, foliage, and other materials
• Checking the quality and quantity of flowers received and ordering them according to the daily requirements
• Lead and inspire the floral shop team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Curate and maintain an appealing and well-organized product display.
• Manage inventory, reordering, and pricing to ensure optimal stock levels.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and ensure prompt issue resolution.
